So thats why we have breakfast!

Hardly the most exciting landscape, but worthwhile for cyclistsWith the house being invaded by central heating engineers fitting a new boiler today and tomorrow, I decided I'd go for an early morning ride. Its quite a cost kitchen, so I grabbed a slice of toast and headed out before I was in their way.

I'd had a ride planned for a week or two, that would take me about twenty miles round some local hills - nothing too challenging, but enough to tire me out. About five miles into the ride I stopped for a breather, when my body decided to bring back up what little I'd eaten in protest at the abuse and force me to return home. I'm not a breakfast person, but I usually cycle in the afternoons - I guess I now know why they say breakfast is important.
