A new business plan?

It's something that I came up with a couple of months ago, but I never got around to writing it up properly. People often seem quite keen on mini-golf, but it's the sort of thing you do with your grandparents when you visit the beach. Why shouldn't we be able to play whenever we want?
So... I'd buy a big warehouse (Outdoors would be too much hassle with the weather as it is), but rather than your traditional mini golf where you have to shoot the ball through little windmills and over seesaws, the main courses would be literally miniature golf courses. There would be three courses, the red course, the blue course and a crazy golf course. The red and blue would incorporate all the features of a golf course, bunkers, water hazards, rough grass and all the undulations of the real holes. As people are so keen on the crazy golf aspect of things, there would be a course for that as well.
If a customer pays for a round on the blue course, they then get a discount on the red course if they play again within the week and vice versa. Clubs and score cards would be colour coded to the course, making it easy to ensure players are on the right course, and the scorecard would be used as proof of a round, so as to allow the discount on the other course. If a player plays both courses within the week, they would receive a free round on the crazy golf course.
This probably doesn't sound like all that good an idea, but its quite hard to visualise. Part of it would be the fun for me of building lots of miniature landscapes for the holes with running water, boats, mountains, bridges etc. Maybe even little trains going around all the holes. There could always be other attractions that people pay for directly, pool tables, children's rides, arcade games, a cafe - that sort of thing. It might even make for a nice family day out and make some money, who knows...?
